Privacy and connected-tool trade-offs
KEYi says Gmail, calendars, Slack, Notion and other tools are connected separately and start off by default. It also says facial expression and attention processing stay on the iPhone, while explicit task commands go to cloud services. Those are manufacturer claims, not an independent privacy audit. Before connecting work accounts, verify the current privacy policy, permissions, retention controls, employer rules and exactly which plan limits apply.
